Well Registration

Deadline to Register – March 31, 2023

Ordinance No. 22-001 establishes San Antonio Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (“SABGSA”) Rules and Regulations that require well owners within the San Antonio Creek Valley Groundwater Basin (Basin No. 3-014) to register their wells through a form submitted to the SABGSA no later than March 31, 2023.  Based on our available records, each landowner within the Basin will receive the notice and form in the mail in early January 2023.

Ordinance No. 22-001 was adopted at a regular Board of Directors meeting held on November 15, 2022, and became effective on December 15, 2022.
